Landmark of Barbaresco’s cuisine, the Antinè Bistrot is characterized by refinement and elegance with the aim of transmitting this style also to the young public, in search of new flavors. A young and enthusiastic staff is at your service, to provide you with the best possible experience, with the aim of spreading the flavors of the Langa.

Inspired by the historic cuisine of the Piedmont hilly environment, Antinè Bistrot offers dishes that draw on tradition, but which also aim to innovate. The main inspiration is represented by the colors of the landscapes surrounding Barbaresco, always alive and changing. A sensation that is also transmitted in dishes, which are rich in colors and taste. Following the seasonality of the Langhe, the menu therefore opens up to contaminations of colors and flavors, which are the result of years of experience dictated by travel, experiments and creativity.

In Barbaresco, in the central via Torino that leads to the medieval tower, next to the famous Gaja winery, you will find the small entrance door of the Antinè.

The absolute protagonists of this place are the light and the details. In the middle of the room there is a huge golden chandelier that floods most of the environment with a delicate beam of light. The furniture is characterized by minimal lines, with some elements with a modern and extravagant design, which combines comfort and modernity.

There is also a small terrace, where in summer it is possible to dine outdoors, overlooking a wonderful Langhe landscape. An experience that allows you to combine unique sensations, derived not only from the flavor and taste of the dishes, but also from the breathtaking view of the UNESCO World Heritage lands.

1. Nel cuore di una delle capitali dell'enologia italiana, giovane e brillante gestione per questo bistrot ubicato al primo piano di un edificio del centro storico; l'offerta gastronomica spazia dalla tradizione all'innovazione. La cucina del bistrot è una costante ricerca senza andar ad esasperare la tecnica e l'avanguardia, cercando di lavorare gli alimenti con semplicità e facendo si che l’ingrediente riesca ad esprimersi sempre al meglio.

2. Ci teniamo a dire che per mantenerne intatte le caratteristiche organolettiche alcuni prodotti possono essere abbattuti a basse temperature e mantenuti a -20°. Inoltre in questo esercizio vengono utilizzati dei prodotti allergeni, quindi per qualsiasi informazione a riguardo, siete pregati di rivolgervi al personale dedicato.

3.Un ultimo appunto: la cucina del Bistrot di Antinè si basa sulla ricerca della qualità nella materia prima, nel lavorarla con cura senza stravolgerne i sapori ma cercando di mantenerli nitidi, puliti e ben distinguibili tra loro.
